In our minds
The single biggest change that ScienceAROUND seeks to make is a change in our conventional mindset. From science as just another subject to write examinations in to science as a way of thinking about the world around us. In a sense, ScienceAROUND seeks to become a mindset.
In your neighborhood
A big obstacle to science learning is simply the physical distance. ScienceAROUND will bring science to where you are - this can be a physical space owned by ScienceAROUND, in an apartment, a car park, or even at a party hall.
In your school or college
ScienceAROUND will be co-located in schools and colleges to deliver experiential science education. This does not have to mean physical co-location, because ScienceAROUND will provide the know-how, the equipment and even the science faculty.
Temporary physical spaces
ScienceAROUND will undertake activities in a diverse range of places. This includes physical spaces for temporary use such as public community centres and halls, farms and fields, and so on.

Labs in organizations
In many cases, the equipment required to conduct experiments is very expensive and also not portable. This sort of equipment tends to be situated in commercial, academic, or government establishments. ScienceAROUND will create partnerships such that these labs can be made available for learners.
Places of scientific interest
There are many locations of scientific interest such as fossil parks or places of unusual natural phenomena. ScienceAROUND will organise trips to these locations, to observe these phenomena where they occur. In addition, ScienceAROUND will make use of platforms such as observatories, planetariums and aquariums.
Mobile exhibits
The Mobile Science Exhibitions (MSEs) of the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM) has the mission - “If the people cannot visit the museum, let the museum visit the people at their doorsteps”. In line with this mission, ScienceAROUND will offer mobile exhibits, particularly to those who live in remote areas with poor connectivity.
